We have a variety of classes available throughout the week with times that are flexible enough for even the busiest schedule.

Children & Teens Classes

Monday - Thursday

5:10 to 5:40 PM

5:50 to 6:20 PM

Monday - Wednesday

6:30 to 7:00 PM

We are trained and patient instructors who love to teach children, but we are very firm about limits. We enforce our expectations about behavior in class and we expect good behavior at home and in school.

Our program focuses on bully defense strategies and fitness conditioning. We also teach the children that the moves they learn in class will work, so they don’t go home or school and try them on their family members, friends, and schoolmates.

The belt system we use is the key to building self-esteem. When children earn their belts, it gives them a great sense of accomplishment that really improves the way they feel about themselves.

Advanced Children & Teens Classes

Tuesday & Thursday

6:30 to 7:00 PM
