Gather the Requirements

In the requirements gathering phase we will meet with the project stakeholders to determine the requirements for the project. We will map current-state and future-state processes. At the end of this process we will have a defined set of requirements that will be used to build our project scope.

In this phase we will take the scope document developed in phase one and use it to build a solution for your business.

 

Implementation
